Anxiety
Anticipation around gathering with certain family, friends, or co-workers. Fear and dread about the state of the world. Worry about finances and the impacts of capitalism. These are only a few ways anxiety can show up and what I have come across in my work with clients. If you are someone who struggles with challenges + obstacles that lead you to feel anxious and are looking to increase your understanding, learn new coping skills and process your past or current experience(s), I consider myself a resource to you.
Grief & Loss
An inevitable and often painful part of life is grief and loss. Everyone will experience this at some point in time, whether it be the loss of a job, friend, or home. It is undeniably one of the harder points in life and I am here to support you through whatever that may look like. Left unattended, grief and loss can show up in the most inopportune moments and when that happens, it is important to have the necessary supports + tools to process in a healthy way and move forward.
Life Transitions
Similar to grief and loss, life transitions are also a large part of our everyday lives. One may need some guidance while moving through to the next stage when facing the unknown that comes with that. This is not something you need to bare alone or fear having all the answers to. I will remind you of the power of self-compassion and encourage you to lead with an open mind that will allow for more flow.
